    摘要:

    具有動力刀具的車削中心在中小批量生產(chǎn)的環(huán)境下,合理的布刀方案可以提高多工序工藝的加工效率。分析轉(zhuǎn)塔刀架刀位與加工工序的關(guān)系以及相關(guān)的約束條件,基于工藝路線建立了加工一批多工序零件的布刀全局優(yōu)化模型,提出了一種改進(jìn)的多種群遠(yuǎn)親雜交遺傳算法來求解該優(yōu)化模型。該算法可以加快收斂速度、避免因近親聯(lián)姻導(dǎo)致的收斂于局部最優(yōu)。實踐證明,這種改進(jìn)的GA方法能夠有效地解決車削中心轉(zhuǎn)塔刀架的布刀優(yōu)化。

    Abstract:

    The reasonable cutter arrangement of turning center can promote the productivity of such kind of multi-process course. To solve the issue, the connection between the process and the cutter location on the turret post coupled with the corresponding constraints was analyzed. A global optimization model of cutters arrangement was put forward to produce a batch of parts with multi-process. Furthermore, an improved approach, tribe-hybridization genetic algorithm has been studied to figure out the optimization model. The approach could quicken the convergence of the algorithm and simultaneously avoid the local optimization resulting by intermarriage. Finally, the practical result showed that the improved GA approach could efficiently solve the optimization of the cutters arrangement on the turret post of turning center.
