    摘要:

    為準(zhǔn)確分析裝載機(jī)工作過程中工作裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)以及零件的載荷和強(qiáng)度狀況,采用多體動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真軟件MSC.ADAMS及其液壓模塊,建立了工作裝置的機(jī)械-液壓耦合仿真模型。其中機(jī)械模型為剛?cè)狁詈夏P?,?dòng)臂、連桿、搖臂是可變形的柔性體零件,用有限元軟件ANSYS構(gòu)造,其他為不變形的剛體零件。對(duì)裝載機(jī)工作裝置進(jìn)行一個(gè)工作循環(huán)的仿真,結(jié)果表明仿真模型全面反映了工作裝置的運(yùn)動(dòng)狀況和零件的強(qiáng)度狀況。

    Abstract:

    In order to analyze movement process of a wheel loader working mechanism and to calculate the load and strength of the part, a multi-body system software MSC.ADAMS was applied to build a mechanism-hydraulics coupling system simulation model. The lift arm, lever and link were assumed to be flexible parts, while others were treated as rigid. ANSYS is used to compute the data describing behavior of the flexible component of the working mechanism. Simulation of hydraulics dynamics behavior was done using ADAMS/Hydraulics. The method has been implemented in an MSC.ADAMS model of the working mechanism wheel loader. A whole working cycle processes of the wheel loader were simulated and the results gave the whole movement processes of the working mechanism and the flexible part strength status successfully.
