A revs collection module of interrupt control, a 10 bit A/D converter module and a serial interface communication module were developed by the modularizing design approach based on the single chip microcomputer (SCM) of Infineon SAK C164CI. A rig test and real auto test were performed by the self-developed system. The test results showed that the system worked with high precision, sensitivity, reliability and was easier to be controlled.
