    摘要:

    利用微處理器MPC5xx,設(shè)計(jì)了高壓共軌柴油機(jī)電控單元(ECU)硬件。分析了ECU的功能,闡述了該系統(tǒng)的處理器模塊、傳感器信號(hào)處理模塊、電源模塊、驅(qū)動(dòng)模塊、通訊接口模塊的結(jié)構(gòu)以及設(shè)計(jì)方法,并提出了提高ECU可靠性以及電磁兼容性的方法。試驗(yàn)表明,該ECU驅(qū)動(dòng)噴油器電磁閥電流從0 A提升到10 A僅需要0.2 ms,從保持的5 A降到0.1 A僅需要0.3 ms。ECU的響應(yīng)速度完全滿足高壓共軌柴油機(jī)燃油噴射系統(tǒng)的要求。

    Abstract:

    A new electronic control unit (ECU) for high pressure common rail diesel engine was developed base on the powerful microcontroller MPC5xx in this paper. The ECU is composed of such modules as microcontroller, sensor signal processing, power supply, driving circuit and communication interface. The function and structure of each module are discussed in this paper. Some ways to improve the reliability performance and electro magnetic compatibility of this ECU were also proposed in this paper. The experiments show that it takes only 0.2 ms for the current to rise from 0 A to peak current 10 A and 0.3 ms for the current to fall from hold current 5 A to 0.1 A when driving the common rail diesel solenoid valve. The ECU can fully meet the requirement of high pressure common rail diesel fuel injection system.
