    摘要:

    利用功率分別為800 W、509 W、290 W的微波對花椒進行了間歇式干燥試驗,并應用自制的微波干燥試驗測試系統(tǒng)檢測了花椒的質量和溫度。試驗結果表明,與傳統(tǒng)熱風干燥相比,微波干燥花椒的時間大大縮短,但干燥后的花椒品質不理想,微波功率越大,品質越差。利用單項擴散模型、指數模型和Page方程對薄層花椒微波干燥進行了擬合,結果表明單項擴散模型擬合效果最好。

    Abstract:

    Intermittently drying experiments of Chinese prickly ash under microwave powers of 800 W, 509 W and 290 W respectively were conducted. A self-developed device was used to measure the mass and temperature of the ash in the experiments. The experimental results showed that the microwave drying time was much shorter than that of traditional hot-air drying, but the quality of the microwave dried ash was not as good as that of hot-air drying and this characteristic was getting more and more remarkable with increase of microwave power. In addition, the monomial proliferation model, exponential model and Page equation were used to describe the folium microwave-drying of the ash and the results showed that first one gave the best result.
