    摘要:

    提出了一種三周節(jié)變傳動(dòng)比限滑差速器。分析了工作原理,提出了齒輪采用非漸開線齒形并沿齒面節(jié)線分段設(shè)計(jì)的方法,對分別裝有三周節(jié)變傳動(dòng)比差速器的車輛與裝有普通差速器的車輛進(jìn)行了性能對比試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,三周節(jié)變傳動(dòng)比限滑差速器具有增大車輛牽引力和縮短制動(dòng)距離的作用。

    Abstract:

    A type of three-pitch fluctuating gear ratio limited-slip differential was presented for the first time, the working principles of it were analyzed, the tooth profile design method of using non-involute tooth profile and separated tooth profile design along the pitch line was introduced, performance comparison between vehicles equipped with three-pitch fluctuating gear ratio limited-slip differential and common open differential has been finished. The data from experiments proved that three-pitch fluctuating gear ratio limited-slip differential could increase the traction of a vehicle, improve its acceleration performance, decrease braking distance and limit sideslip.
