    摘要:

    針對(duì)液體肥料發(fā)展迅速和液體肥料施用裝置發(fā)展不完善的現(xiàn)狀，研制了一種可測(cè)量液體肥施用裝置主要技術(shù)性能及參數(shù)的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)，在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)噴頭流量影響因素作了三因素二次回歸正交旋轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)，得出了液體肥料質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速及噴頭口直徑大小對(duì)噴頭流量的影響規(guī)律及主次關(guān)系。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the present conditions of the fast development of liquid fertilizer while the device of liquid fertilizer underdevelopment, a design of experimental platform to measure technical and parameters of liquid device was put forward. Based on this, the perpendicular rotating experiment has been done with liquid device experimental platform to make three factors return two times on the effect of shower nozzle flow. By way of treating and analyzing the test data, the density of liquid fertilizer, rotational speed of electric motor and the impact and relations of diameter of nozzle on flow volume of the nozzle were gained.
