    摘要:

    建立了試驗臺架液壓系統(tǒng),在此基礎上進行了基于PWM技術的輪缸壓力精細調(diào)節(jié)試驗,確定了PWM控制的載波頻率。對ABS進油閥進行PWM控制測試, 確定了ABS進油閥PWM控制占空比工作范圍, 建立了PWM控制的輪缸增壓速率經(jīng)驗模型, 通過試驗驗證了模型的正確性。

    Abstract:

    A testing platform of hydraulic system was built, and the experiments about fine adjusting the pressure of wheel cylinder was performed based on PWM technology. Controlling carrier wave frequency of PWM was confirmed, and the oil-entered valve of ABS was tested with PWM. The duty ratio scope of oil-entered valve of ABS in PWM controlling was asserted. The experienced model of pressure increasing speed of wheel cylinder in PWM controlling was established. At last, the experienced model was validated with the tests.
