    摘要:

    在沙漠沙土物理性能試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)輪胎與沙土相互作用力進(jìn)行計(jì)算,得到沙漠牽引車在行駛過程中產(chǎn)生的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,進(jìn)行了縱向鋪草機(jī)構(gòu)滾輪壓草阻力試驗(yàn),依據(jù)汽車地面力學(xué)理論對(duì)草方格鋪設(shè)機(jī)器人的通過性進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果表明所設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)器人在沙漠中具有良好的通過性。

    Abstract:

    The straw-checkerboard sand barriers paving robot can insert grass to establish Straw-checker sand barriers that prevent wind and fix sand. The robot is used in desert, and the trafficability in desert is the key factor of its properties. Based on the experiments of physical properties of desert sand,the driving force of running desert wheeled cross-country vehicle were obtained by calculating force between tire and sand. The experiments about pressuring grass resistance of lengthways lay out grass mechanism were done. According to the vehicle terramechanics theory, desert trafficability of straw-checkerboard sand barriers paving robot was analyzed. The theoretical and experimental results showed that the robot has outstanding trafficability in desert.
