    摘要:

    基于客戶的定制需求，面向大批量定制環(huán)境下的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)問題，給出了實(shí)現(xiàn)大批量定制的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)框架結(jié)構(gòu)，并對(duì)其中關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。提出利用面向?qū)ο蠹夹g(shù)進(jìn)行構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)，建立基于構(gòu)件的產(chǎn)品模型和配置流程，利用客戶定制需求與零部件構(gòu)件屬性之間的映射關(guān)系進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品配置設(shè)計(jì)，利用產(chǎn)品模型和客戶定制需求建立零部件構(gòu)件的需求參數(shù)，并給出需求參數(shù)匹配算法。該系統(tǒng)框架結(jié)構(gòu)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法在農(nóng)用水泵的配置系統(tǒng)中進(jìn)行了應(yīng)用，效果明顯。

    Abstract:

    The frame structure of product design system for realizing mass customization was presented based on customization demand and the problem in mass customization, and the key technology was researched. By using object-oriented technology, the component design was proposed, the product model and process of product configuration were established based on component; and the product configuration design was put forward by adopting customization demand and mapping between attributes of components, the demand parameters of parts and components were set up by using product model and customization demand, and the demand parameters matching algorithm of parts and components was given. The frame structure of the system and implementing method have been applied to the configuration system of agriculture pumps.
