    摘要:

    研究了米糠油在KOH為催化劑的作用下通過甲酯化反應(yīng)制備生物柴油的工藝??疾炝舜加湍柋取⒋呋瘎┯昧?、反應(yīng)溫度、反應(yīng)時間對轉(zhuǎn)化率的影響,采用氣相色譜測定了反應(yīng)體系中脂肪酸甲酯的轉(zhuǎn)化率。應(yīng)用正交實驗確定了米糠油酯交換的最佳反應(yīng)條件為:醇油摩爾比6、催化劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)0.9%、反應(yīng)溫度50℃、反應(yīng)時間45 min。通過實驗對其燃料性能進行研究,將各項燃料性能和美國ATSM或德國DIN標準進行比較,均達到相關(guān)標準。測定了燃用生物柴油的柴油機輸出功率、油耗及其排放性能,并與0號柴油進行了比較,其燃料性能和0號柴油相當,并可顯著降低CO、HC排放量,而NOx排放量略有升高。

    Abstract:

    A research was reported that biodiesel was produced by alkaline-catalyzed transesterification of rice bran oil. The content of methyl ester was analyzed by chromatographic analysis. Through orthogonal analysis of parameters in a four-factor and three-level test, the optimum condition was obtained for the transesterification: molar ratio of oil was 6, usage amount of KOH was 0.9%, reaction temperature was 50℃ and reaction duration was 45 min. Fuel properties of RBO biodiesel were studied and compared with American and European standards for biodiesel Fuel properties are very similar to those of 0#diesel. Emission tests have shown a marked decrease in CO, HC and slight increase in NOx.
