    摘要:

    采用基于介質阻擋放電原理的低溫等離子體試驗裝置及反應器,進行了低溫等離子體處理柴油機排氣中顆粒物的模擬和臺架試驗。結果表明,通過介質阻擋放電產生等離子體可有效分解柴油機排氣中的顆粒物,并且相關的化學反應主要集中在介質阻擋放電微放電通道之中,顆粒物的分解率隨能量密度的增加而增加。同時,介質阻擋放電所生成的低溫等離子體使排氣中的NO轉化為NO2,但不能減少排氣中NOx的總量。在同等能量密度下,排氣中顆粒物含量的增加使低溫等離子體轉化排氣中HC、NO的效率下降。

    Abstract:

    Using non-thermal plasma devices and reactor based on dielectric barrier discharge principles, simulation experiment and bench test were carried out. Experimental result indicated that non-thermal plasma produced by dielectric barrier discharge could decompose particulate matter in diesel exhaust effectively, and correlative chemical reaction mainly took place in the channels of micro discharge, decomposition rate of particulate matter increased with the energy density. The non-thermal plasma reactor could transform NO in the exhaust to NO2, but could not reduce the total amount of nitric oxides. Decomposition and conversion rate of HC and NO in diesel exhaust when treated with non-thermal plasma descend along with the quantity of particulate matter in the exhaust. 
