    摘要:

    柴油機(jī)缸套的不均勻變形引起機(jī)油竄入燃燒室參與燃燒是造成顆粒物排放惡化的重要因素之一。以493型柴油機(jī)為研究對(duì)象,利用模擬與試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,通過優(yōu)化冷卻水腔結(jié)構(gòu),均勻冷卻介質(zhì)流場(chǎng)及溫度場(chǎng)分布,達(dá)到減小缸套變形、降低顆粒物排放的目的,并通過排放試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了減小缸套變形對(duì)降低顆粒物排放的有效性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,該方法能夠在采用其他方法機(jī)內(nèi)降低顆粒物排放出現(xiàn)瓶頸時(shí)進(jìn)一步降低顆粒物。

    Abstract:

    The machine oil enter the combustion chamber and combust caused by cylinder liner non-uniform distortion is an important factor which makes the diesel engine PM worsen. The 493-diesel was taken as an object to study. It was found in the study that the temperature around cylinder liners has been improved by the configure optimum of water jacket in order to reduce the cylinder liner distortion and PM emission. And validity of reducing PM by uniform the cylinder liner distortion has been verified. The test results proved that this method could reduce PM emission in-cylinder when the PM emission could not be reduced by using other in-cylinder cleaning ways.
