    摘要:

    通過(guò)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)緩速器工作循環(huán)的理論分析,建立了發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)緩速器工作過(guò)程的數(shù)學(xué)模型。以某型號(hào)柴油機(jī)為例進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,對(duì)緩速器減壓氣門(mén)開(kāi)啟提前角、最大開(kāi)啟升程等不同運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。研究結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速一定時(shí),有一對(duì)應(yīng)的最佳減壓氣門(mén)開(kāi)啟提前角,當(dāng)減壓氣門(mén)最大升程越大、開(kāi)啟速度越快時(shí),獲得的每循環(huán)制動(dòng)功則越大。

    Abstract:

    The working procession of engine retarder was discussed. With a diesel engine as an example, the mathematical model of compression release engine retarder was created. The influence of release valve working parameters on the braking performance was analyzed by the method of numerical simulation. The simulation results showed that there was a crank angle before the top dead center to one engine speed specified to get the maximum brake power, this angle was bigger when the engine speed was higher; and the higher release valve lift or the faster release valve velocity was, the more brake power could be gotten.
