    摘要:

    借鑒泵葉輪的反問題設(shè)計理論，用Fortran語言編程實現(xiàn)了高比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)混流泵空間導(dǎo)葉的水力設(shè)計。提出了采用流線迭代法求解軸面流動，應(yīng)用逐點積分法進(jìn)行導(dǎo)葉葉片繪型，在保角變換平面上加厚葉片和修圓葉片頭部、尾部的基本理論和方法；討論了導(dǎo)葉葉片安放角分布規(guī)律、葉片出口邊位置對設(shè)計計算結(jié)果的影響。該方法設(shè)計計算精度高，能得到光滑的葉片表面、齊全的葉片表面數(shù)據(jù)，便于數(shù)控機(jī)床加工制造。

    Abstract:

    Based on the inverse design theory of pump impeller, a computer code was made in Fortran language to design the guide vane of high specific speed mixed-flow pump, with streamline iteration method to calculate the meridional velocity distribution, point-by-point integration method to draw the vane shape, conformal mapping method to thicken the vane and smooth the leading edge and trailing edge of the vane. In addition, the effects of the vane angle distribution and the position of vane outlet edge on the designed vane shape were discussed. This computer code could obviously increase the efficiency of design work and the accuracy of calculating results. And the data of the vane surface was complete, which is convenient for vane manufacturing by numerical control machine.
