    摘要:

    白藜蘆醇是一種重要的植物活性物質(zhì),具有多種生物活性。以白藜蘆醇提取率為考察指標(biāo),探討了花生根白藜蘆醇的提取工藝。從4種常用試劑中選出乙醇作為提取劑,并在單因素試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過二次回歸旋轉(zhuǎn)組合設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn),優(yōu)化白藜蘆醇提取的工藝參數(shù)。結(jié)果表明:乙醇體積分?jǐn)?shù)61.48%、溫度69.97℃、液料比38.94mL/g、浸提時(shí)間1h、提取次數(shù)1次為最佳提取條件,在此條件下提取率為

    Abstract:

    0.32%。 Resveratrol is a kind of bioactive substance with diverse biological activities. The technology of extracting resveratrol from the roots of peanuts was investigated with the yield of resveratrol as the guide. Ethanol was chosen as the extract solvent from four kinds of solvents. Based on single factor experiment, the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonally rotational combination design. The optimum extraction conditions are as follows:the concentration of ethanol is 61.48%, the temperature is 69.97℃, the rate of solution to solid is 38.94mL/g, extraction time is 1h. and the number of extraction times is one. Under these optimized conditions, the yield of resveratrol is 0.32%.
