    摘要:

    在深入分析7D設計規(guī)劃的基礎上，結合質量屋分析法，提出了設計目標規(guī)劃模型，該模型充分考慮了技術特征的自相關性，在有限資源的約束下保證了每項顧客需求都有相應的技術特征與其匹配；并將此規(guī)劃模型應用于汽車NVH特性的改進設計中。優(yōu)化結果表明，此模型充分考慮了顧客需求，達到了資源和技術的合理配置，最大程度地提高了顧客滿意度。

    Abstract:

    Based on 7D design planning and house of quality, a model of design object planning was presented. The correlation among engineering characteristics was considered sufficiently in the model. At the same time, each customer requirements were ensured to match the corresponding engineering characteristics with the limited resource, and this planning model was applied successfully to the NVH improvement design of vehicle. The results showed that customer requirements were satisfied, and the resource and technology were configured well.
