    摘要:

    根據(jù)立式圓盤型孔式排種器的工作機(jī)理設(shè)計(jì)了試驗(yàn)裝置，將排種器的工作過(guò)程直觀可視化，利用高速攝影技術(shù)，將排種器工作過(guò)程中的充種、清種、投種等基本環(huán)節(jié)清晰地呈現(xiàn)出來(lái)。通過(guò)高速影像分析并結(jié)合試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，明確了此類排種器的工作機(jī)理，提出了提高性能的具體方案。

    Abstract:

    A testing device was designed in order to study the working principle of vertical plate seed-metering device, improve the intensive research and enhance its working performance. The video information of working process was obtained by using high-speed image technique. The working principle of this device was clarified by the current study through high-speed image technique and data analysis, and the concrete scheme was put forward to enhance its performance. It has important instructional sense for the theoretical and practical research of seeding-machine.
