    摘要:

    離心泵進(jìn)口加裝射流裝置可以提高泵的空化性能。傳統(tǒng)的單噴嘴射流裝置由于結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的限制,喉管部分不能很長(zhǎng),使液流混合不充分,導(dǎo)致射流裝置效率低,空化性能改善不理想。提出利用多噴嘴射流裝置來提升被吸液體的能量,在短喉管情況下能量能均勻混合,提高了射流裝置的傳能效率,大幅度改善了離心泵的空化性能。簡(jiǎn)要介紹了多噴嘴射流離心泵的基本結(jié)構(gòu),并對(duì)其做了相應(yīng)的理論分析與對(duì)比性試驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明加裝多噴嘴射流裝置后離心泵進(jìn)口壓力增加

    Abstract:

    1.53 m。Installation of a jet device in centrifugal pump inlet can improve property of anti-cavitation. Because of the limitation of structural dimension for traditional single injector jet device, the throat cannot be long, so the flow can not be fully mixed, which results the low efficiency of the jet device and the improvement of cavitation performance is not good. A new method has been advanced. Using multi-nozzle jet device to enhance the energy of sucked liquid, in case the throat was short, the mixture of energy could be uniformly mixed, which enhanced the efficiency of the jet device. The basic structure of multi-nozzle jet centrifugal pump was presented, some corresponding theoretical analysis was made and comparison test was done. The results showed that the installation of multi-nozzle jet device could increase the inlet pressure to 1.53 m. This method opened a new path for solving the cavitation problem of centrifugal pump and has an important significance in practical application.
