    摘要:

    提出基于拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化和形狀優(yōu)化的主軸承蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法。在拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化建模中,提出基于RAMP插值函數(shù)的ICM拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化方法。在形狀優(yōu)化建模中,提出基于近似-差分敏度分析方法的形狀優(yōu)化方法。拓?fù)鋬?yōu)化和形狀優(yōu)化模型以結(jié)構(gòu)響應(yīng)量為約束,體積最小化為目標(biāo),保證不同層次優(yōu)化模型的承接性。針對某內(nèi)燃機主軸承蓋進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計,優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)分析結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化后的主軸承蓋在滿足結(jié)構(gòu)剛度和強度條件下實現(xiàn)了結(jié)構(gòu)體積最小化。證明提出的方法在主軸承蓋結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中可行且有效。

    Abstract:

    A new methodology for main bearing cap design was presented based on topological optimization and shape optimization. In topological optimization, filter functions of elements with respect to the unit volume and stiffness matrices were selected based on RAMP interpolation scheme. In shape optimization, efficient derivatives have been obtained by using approximate-difference strategy. Structural volume was taken as objectives and structural responses such as displacements, stresses were taken as constraints. This kind of model ensured consistency in topological optimization and shape optimization model. Volume of main bearing cap has been minimized subject to rigidity and strength constraints. The feasibility and efficiency of the proposed methods were demonstrated by the experiment.
