    摘要:

    膜片彈簧載荷特性對膜片彈簧尺寸參數(shù)的變化比較敏感,為預(yù)測或確定所設(shè)計的膜片彈簧產(chǎn)品在規(guī)定的使用條件下完成規(guī)定功能的概率,確保產(chǎn)品合格率指標(biāo),運用數(shù)理統(tǒng)計方法建立了膜片彈簧載荷-變形特性的概率計算模型。并根據(jù)所建立的模型,運用正態(tài)分布代數(shù)、一次二階矩方法和Monte-Carlo模擬3種方法進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差計算。結(jié)果表明,正態(tài)分布代數(shù)估計得到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差比較小,一次二階矩方法估計得到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差比較大,MonTe-Carlo模擬方法估計得到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差隨著偽隨機樣本的大小而波動,但3種方法都能夠滿足離合器膜片彈簧設(shè)計精度要求。

    Abstract:

    As a key part of diaphragm spring clutch, diaphragm spring determines the load characteristics of the clutch by its load-distortion properties that are sensitive to the dimension of diaphragm spring. In order to predict or determine the probability of normal performance under desired working condition to control qualified rate of products, calculus of probability model for load-distortion properties of diaphragm spring by means of mathematical statistics was established. Based on the model, the standard deviation was calculated by applying normal distribution algebra, first order second moment method and Monte-Carlo simulation. The standard deviation is relatively less by normal distribution algebra; bigger by first order second moment method, and fluctuant along with false random sample by Monte-Carlo simulation. These three methods all satisfied design precision of automobile clutch diaphragm spring. 
