    摘要:

    應用雷諾應力模型(液相)、離散相流動模型(固相)和Finnie的塑性沖蝕磨損模型,通過對固液流場中大量固體顆粒運動軌跡的拉格朗日追蹤,對離心泵中固相體積分數(shù)較低(CV<10%)的固液流場中顆粒運動軌跡、顆粒與過流部件表面的相互碰撞過程、固液兩相流磨損進行了數(shù)值模擬。結(jié)果表明,離散相顆粒的性質(zhì)(密度,粒徑)及葉輪運行轉(zhuǎn)速對顆粒運動軌跡及與壁面的碰撞過程有重要的影響;大質(zhì)量顆粒的運動軌跡向葉片工作面偏轉(zhuǎn)較大,易與葉片頭部發(fā)生撞擊,并且存在多次撞擊過程,對葉片的磨損程度大;小顆粒易與葉片工作面后端發(fā)生撞擊,一般與葉片只發(fā)生一次撞擊,對葉片的沖蝕磨損相對弱些。模擬結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合較好。

    Abstract:

    Based on Lagrangian tracking of solid particles' motion trajectories in a solid-fluid flow field, by applying Finnie ductile materials erosion model, Reynolds stress model and discrete phase model to the continuous phase and dispersed phase, the solid-liquid erosion and motion trajectory of solid particle and the impact progress between solid particle and machine surface were simulated successfully. The volume content of solid phase in two-phase flow was lower than 10% in this simulation model. According to the simulation result, the related parameters of solid particle, such as density and diameter, and rotational speed of impeller greatly influenced the motion trajectory and the impaction with machine surface of solid particle. The solid particle with large mass was apt to move toward to the working surface and impacted the inlet head of impeller. By contraries, little particle was liable to impact the rear-end surface of impeller near to the outlet side. The large solid particle could repeatedly impact machine surface easier than the little particle. The numerical simulation result was verified by a comparison experimental analysis result.
