    摘要:

    采用相位多普勒粒子分析儀，在不同的啟噴壓力、噴油泵轉(zhuǎn)速以及噴孔直徑下，對生物柴油的噴霧場特性進(jìn)行了試驗，拍攝了生物柴油和0號柴油的噴霧圖片。結(jié)果表明：隨著啟噴壓力的增加和噴孔直徑的減小，生物柴油索特平均直徑不斷減小，與石化柴油類似；在不同的噴油泵轉(zhuǎn)速下，生物柴油索特平均直徑變化不大。

    Abstract:

    Spray characteristics of biodiesel were investigated by using phase Doppler particle analyzer (PDPA) at different injection pressures, pump speeds and orifice diameters. Meanwhile, several highspeed digital pictures of spray for biodiesel and 0 type diesel were taken respectively. The experimental results show that Sauter mean diameter (SMD) of biodiesel spraying droplets decreases as the injection pressure increases and the orifice diameter diminishes, which is similar to petrochemical diesel. However, SMD of biodiesel spraying drop lets changes slowly at different pump speeds.  
