    摘要:

    針對(duì)無(wú)級(jí)變速器用反比例溢流閥在CVT工作過(guò)程中的特性,建立了反比例溢流閥壓力、流量等特性模型,并對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了分析和仿真;建立了電磁閥的試驗(yàn)臺(tái)和試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并對(duì)反比例溢流閥的靜態(tài)特性和動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn);試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該反比例溢流閥具有良好的靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)特性,能夠滿足對(duì)CVT精確控制的需要。

    Abstract:

    In order to understand the characteristics of the electro-hydraulic inverse-proportional relief valve used in the continuously variable transmission (CVT), a mathematical model with pressure and flux of the electro-hydraulic inverse-proportional relief valve was established. The model was analyzed and simulated, subsequently. The test-bed was designed and a test standard was put forward, and tests of static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic inverse-proportional relief valve were carried out. The experimental results indicate that the performances of the static characteristics and dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic inverse-proportional relief valve are excellent, and it can satisfy precision control of the CVT.  
