    摘要:

    通過(guò)對(duì)液壓緩沖器的薄壁小孔流特性和球面縫隙流特性的分析,建立了液壓緩沖器的綜合特性模型和緩沖過(guò)程的動(dòng)態(tài)模型,并進(jìn)行了仿真計(jì)算,得出了表征緩沖器特性的緩沖力—活塞行程曲線。液壓緩沖器的靜態(tài)特性僅取決于薄壁小孔流的二次特性和球面縫隙流的一次特性,而動(dòng)態(tài)特性與沖擊載荷的大小和油液的壓縮性密切相關(guān)。

    Abstract:

    By studying the performance principle of the hydraulic bumper, the overall characteristic model and the dynamic buffering process model of hydraulic bumper were built based on speciality analysis of its thin wall-orifice flow and spherical surface-slit flow. Then the curve of buffering force and piston distance, which expresses bumper characteristic, was obtained by simulation. The results showthat the static characteristic of the hydraulic bumper is only determined by the first characteristic of thin wall-orifice and the second characteristic of spherical surface-slit, and the dynamic characteristic is mainly related to the magnitude of shocking and the compressibility of oil.  
