    摘要:

    翅堿蓬含水率高，籽粒微小，機械化收獲時脫粒和清選比較困難。通過試驗分析，確定了脫粒部件的滾筒齒形，進口端采用釘齒，中段采用釘齒—弧形齒組合式，排草段采用釘齒—排草板組合式；滾筒長度不小于1100mm；滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速為800r/min；軸流風(fēng)機轉(zhuǎn)速為400～450r/min。通過清選裝置的臺架試驗，得到機構(gòu)尺寸為1200mm×1000mm（長×寬）的球式振動篩。

    Abstract:

    The mechanization harvesting of Suaeda-heteroptera-kitag, including threshing and clearing, is difficult because of the high water content and small seeds of Suaeda-heteroptera-kitag. A new method was put forward. By experiment, spike-teeth was used at the feeding part of cylinder teeth of the threshing mechanism,the combination of spike-teeth and arc teeth was used at the middle part, and the combination of spike-teeth and weed board was applied at the weeding part. The cylinder length could not be less than 1100mm, rotating speed was 800r/min, and rotate speed of axial-flow fan was 400～450r/min. Finally, the spherical vibrating screen with the size of 1200 mm×1000mm was obtained by the table experiment of cleaning mechanism.  
