    摘要:

    在分析比較傳統(tǒng)PID、Smith預(yù)估PID和模糊免疫PID原理的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了利用模糊免疫PID調(diào)節(jié)淀粉生產(chǎn)線中的淀粉濃度。通過對淀粉生產(chǎn)線中濃度控制回路進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模,對傳統(tǒng)PID、Smith預(yù)估PID和模糊免疫PID 3種控制器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與仿真。仿真結(jié)果表明,模糊免疫PID在控制效果上明顯優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)PID并且其魯棒性高于Smith預(yù)估PID。最后,利用Matlab的DDE協(xié)議和ActiveX與淀粉生產(chǎn)線的上位機(jī)RSView32進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交換,將Matlab中模糊免疫PID控制算法傳輸?shù)缴衔粰C(jī)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了模糊免疫PID控制在淀粉濃度控制中的應(yīng)用。

    Abstract:

    An idea that using fuzzy immune PID to regulate the density of the starch production-line was put forward after the analysis and comparison of the principle of tradition PID, Smith prediction PID and fuzzy immune PID. A mathe matical model of one of density loop of starch productionline was built to design and simulate these three controllers. The simulation results show that the fuzzy immune PID is better than tradition PID on the hand of control effect and its robustness is higher than Smith prediction PID. DDE protocol and ActiveX of Matlab were adopted to realize data exchange with RSView32 of the starch production-line and transmit the algorithm of fuzzy immune PID to RSView32.
