    摘要:

    研究竹莢魚(yú)熱泵干燥特性,采用二次正交回歸試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)擬合干燥模型系數(shù)K、n與干燥溫度和風(fēng)速之間的關(guān)系,通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,建立了竹莢魚(yú)熱泵干燥的數(shù)學(xué)模型。結(jié)果表明:適合竹莢魚(yú)熱泵干燥的數(shù)學(xué)模型為Page模型,預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)際值比較吻合,可以用來(lái)描述竹莢魚(yú)的熱泵干燥進(jìn)程。

    Abstract:

    Drying characteristics of horse mackerel drying in a heat pump dehumidifier (HPD) were studied. Quadratic orthogonal regression design was employed to establish the connection between modeling coefficients (K and n) and temperature and velocity. The experimental data were analyzed with statistical method and a mathematical model was established. The obtained mathematical model suitable for horse mackerel drying by HPD is Page model. There were few differences between the speculated result and the calculated value. Therefore, mathematical model established on these data could be used to describe the heat pump drying process of horse mackerel.
