    摘要:

    分析了最小量潤(rùn)滑(MQL)切削中供液方位、供液距離等因素對(duì)切削液滲透能力的影響。在SB-CNC超精密數(shù)控機(jī)床上進(jìn)行了MQL車削45號(hào)鋼試驗(yàn),通過(guò)對(duì)切削力、表面粗糙度和切屑形態(tài)的研究表明:噴嘴位于主后刀面且距刀尖20mm處供應(yīng)較大量的切削液能達(dá)到良好的切削效果。

    Abstract:

    The permeability of cutting fluids influences cutting effect directly. The main influential factors of cutting fluid penetration in minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) such as nozzle position, spray parameters were analyzed theoretically with spray and fluid mechanics. Based on turning 45 steel tests on CNC super precision machine tool, the cutting effect such as cutting force, surface roughness and chip shape were studied. Theory and tests results show that supplying more cutting fluids from main tool flank at proper position (20mm from cutting point) can get better cutting effect: low cutting force, low surface roughness and easy treated chip.
