    摘要:

    設計了無級變速器電子控制單元硬件在環(huán)仿真系統(tǒng)，進行了無級變速器電子控制單元硬件在環(huán)仿真試驗，并且對仿真測試及優(yōu)化后的電子控制單元進行了實車試驗驗證。結(jié)果均表明，該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)囕v集成模型與電子控制單元的控制算法進行實時驗證及優(yōu)化控制，為無級變速器電子控制單元開發(fā)提供了一個仿真測試平臺。

    Abstract:

    The hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) system for continuously variable transmission (CVT) was developed for the study and development of electronic control unit (TCU) for CVT, and the construction and principle of the HILS system as well as control algorithm of TCU was described detailedly. The simulation system was used to carry out HILS experiment for TCU，and real vehicle test was carried out for simulation tested and optimized TCU. The results all indicate that the developed HILS system can provide real-time verification and optimal control to automotive integrated model and control algorithm of TCU, and a good simulation and test platform was provided for the development of TCU of CVT. 
