    摘要:

    排種器排種性能直接影響播種機(jī)工作質(zhì)量,為確定氣力式油菜精量排種器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)、氣流場(chǎng)的運(yùn)動(dòng)狀況,以ANSYS/CFX為工具,按照正交試驗(yàn)的方法,分別對(duì)正壓區(qū)、負(fù)壓區(qū)氣流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了仿真研究,并對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。研究表明:排種盤型孔數(shù)量是影響氣流場(chǎng)和排種質(zhì)量的重要因素;排種盤型孔數(shù)量為25時(shí),負(fù)壓區(qū)型孔壓強(qiáng)為-754Pa,排種器合格指數(shù)達(dá)

    Abstract:

    94.2%。Metering device capability directly influences the performance of rapeseed planter. In order to define the mechanical structure parameters and the movement of air current in the pneumatic precision metering device, simulation research was respectively made on air current under positive and negative pressure with orthogonal method and ANSYS/CFX tools, and the research result was also validated by the experiment. The research shows that the quantity of holes in metering device disc is the pivotal factor of influencing the air current and seeding quality. When the quantity of hole is 25 and the pressure of hole in negative pressing area is -754Pa, the seeding eligible index is 94.2%. 
