Abstract:Based on the principle of variable-gap and fixed-pressure, the design idea and technology scheme of rotary-cutting ramie-stripping machine were presented. The working principle and technical characteristics of rotary-cutting mechanism for the arc variable-gap and fixed-pressure in double floating fulcrums were analyzed. According to the stress conditions of rotary-cutting mechanism, the relevant process parameters which affect the quality of ramie-stripping were tested and measured, on the basis of which, the main structures and parameters of rotary-cutting were designed and calculated, and the research on power and motion parameters of the mechanical model was made deeply in theory. The 6BX—40 prototype’s trial and test showed that its stripping efficiency was raised 2~3 times than traditional methods, the glue content in fiber 25.8%, impurity rate 4.6%, loss rate of fiber 4.3% and the stripping quality met the national standards for quality requirements.
