    摘要:

    探討了在350~1800nm波段范圍內(nèi)不同光譜預處理方法對提高模型預測能力和穩(wěn)定性的作用,但其效果不如間隔偏最小二乘法顯著。通過間隔偏最小二乘特征波段選擇方法,確定了南豐蜜桔可溶性固形物特征波段為:642~787nm、861~1006nm、1080~1152nm和1226~1371nm。采用30個未參與建模的南豐蜜桔樣品,預測特征波段建模模型,預測模型的相關系數(shù)為0.95,預測均方根誤差為0.55°Birx。結(jié)果表明:近紅外光譜技術結(jié)合間隔偏最小二乘特征波段選擇方法,可以提高南豐蜜桔可溶性固形物無損檢測數(shù)學模型預測能力和穩(wěn)健性。

    Abstract:

    In the wavelength range of 350~1?800?nm, different preprocessing methods were developed to improve the predictive ability and robustness of model, but the effect was not better than interval partial least square (iPLS). The characteristic wavelength bands of 642~787nm, 861~1006nm, 1080~1152nm and 1226~1371nm were determined by iPLS characteristic wavelength bands selection method. The performance of the model calibrated with sensitive wavelength bands was predicted by 30 unknown Nanfeng mandarin fruits, the correlation coefficient and root mean square error for prediction (RMSEP) were 0.95 and 0.55°Brix respectively. It was suggested that near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) combination with iPLS characteristic wavelength bands selection method was a powerful tool to improve the predictive ability and robustness of nondestructive measurement model. 
