    摘要:

    采用單因素試驗方法對影響乳鏈菌肽效價的培養(yǎng)基組分進(jìn)行了考察。結(jié)果表明,影響乳鏈菌肽效價的主要因素為糖蜜、玉米漿、K2HPO4、MgSO4。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用Box-Behnken設(shè)計及響應(yīng)面分析法確定主要影響因子的最佳質(zhì)量濃度。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)玉米漿質(zhì)量濃度為233g/L,糖蜜質(zhì)量濃度為27g/L,K2HPO4質(zhì)量濃度為5.0g/L,MgSO4質(zhì)量濃度為0.1g/L時,乳鏈菌肽效價為2491.8IU/mL,與預(yù)測值2511.

    Abstract:

    1IU/mL基本一致。This work reviewed fermentation medium culture of nisin by single factor experiment. The results indicate that nisin activity was mainly influenced of molasses, corn steep liquor, K2HPO4 and MgSO4. Box-Behnken design and response surface analysis methods were applied to confirm optimum concentration of mainly effect factor. The results show that the optimum medium culture was corn steep liquor 233g/L, molasses 27g/L, K2HPO4 5g/L, MgSO4 0.1g/L. Under those conditions, nisin activity is 2491.8IU/mL, which is in consistent with predicted value 2511.1IU/mL. 
