    摘要:

    基于能量守恒原理,推導(dǎo)了基于0℃貯運(yùn)條件下剩余貯藏期的計(jì)算式。結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),在0~20℃范圍內(nèi),得出了8種蔬菜貯藏期與貯藏溫度之間的關(guān)系式和在0℃貯運(yùn)條件下的貯藏期預(yù)測(cè)方程。經(jīng)過(guò)芹菜在0、2、4、6和8℃的儲(chǔ)藏實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,理論推導(dǎo)出的貯藏期與實(shí)驗(yàn)所得貯藏期相差時(shí)間不超過(guò)2d。并綜合信息無(wú)線(xiàn)發(fā)送技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)了具有庫(kù)存管理功能的果蔬貯藏期預(yù)測(cè)器,實(shí)際運(yùn)用結(jié)果表明,預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果具有較高的精度。

    Abstract:

    The safety control is the key in the cold chain of fresh products, which includes the prediction of the store time and the management of the instant temperature. Based on the energy conservation theory, the equation of the rest store time of fresh vegetables and fruits was derived stored in 0℃. According to the present data about 8 kinds of fresh vegetables, we obtained the equation for the relationship between the store time and the storing temperature and the equation predicting the left store time at 0℃. The storing experiments for celery at 0℃, 2℃, 4℃, 6℃ and 8℃ proved that the store time calculated by the equation is about the same as the experiments with the difference of less than 2 days at each storing temperature. Combined with the wireless technology of sending messages, the predictor of fresh vegetables and fruits with a management function of stock was developed. The practical application shows that the predictor has a fine precision. 
