    摘要:

    以集成優(yōu)化方法為基礎(chǔ),建立汽油機(jī)進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化流程,結(jié)合發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)循環(huán)模擬工具Boost進(jìn)行計(jì)算,并通過(guò)試驗(yàn)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。以標(biāo)定轉(zhuǎn)速下的進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)幾何參數(shù)(進(jìn)氣管長(zhǎng)度、直徑、諧振腔容積)、點(diǎn)火提前角與循環(huán)噴油量為設(shè)計(jì)變量,應(yīng)用DOE試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化計(jì)算,歸納了進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)對(duì)整機(jī)性能的影響及各變量參數(shù)對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能的影響規(guī)律,總結(jié)了進(jìn)氣管長(zhǎng)度對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)速度特性的影響,為進(jìn)氣系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供了一種高效快捷的方法。

    Abstract:

    On the integrated optimization plat, the workflow of intake system optimization was constructed based on Boost which is the software of engine cycle simulation. The model was verified by experiments. At the declared speed, the design variables are geometric parameters (intake pipe length, pipe diameter, volume of resonator ) and spark advanced angle, AF rate. The engine torque and fuel consumption rate were optimized by using the DOE tests. The results showed that the length of intake pipes has a special influence on full load velocity characteristic of engine. The workflow provides an efficient method to intake system optimization.
