    摘要:

    進(jìn)行單缸單體泵的油泵臺架試驗,獲得了不同轉(zhuǎn)速下油泵入口端的低壓供油壓力和高壓油管內(nèi)的高壓壓力。分析了循環(huán)變動時低壓和高壓對應(yīng)的壓力曲線特點。研究表明:單體泵控制閥打開過程中,供油柱塞下行吸油使得低壓油路內(nèi)壓力降低,同時高壓油腔內(nèi)燃油回流到低壓油路時形成壓力波,這兩個因素導(dǎo)致高轉(zhuǎn)速時低壓油路的供油壓力在部分循環(huán)內(nèi)出現(xiàn)負(fù)壓,產(chǎn)生單體泵循環(huán)變動。試驗證明,提高輸油壓力和增大低壓油路的流通面積能夠降低單體泵循環(huán)變動。

    Abstract:

    By experimental studies for the single EUP on test bench, the low fuel supply pressures near the EUP and the high pressures in high pressure fuel pipe at different cam speeds were acquired. The high and low pressure curves of the EUP’s cyclic variation circles were analyzed. Test results showed that when the cam shaft speed is very high, the supply pressure instantaneous decreased as the plunger move downward, and the pressure wave which results from the backward flow of high pressure fuel appears in low fuel supply loop. The above two factors cause the negative pressure at low fuel supply loop, and leads to the cyclic variation. Increase in fuel supply pressure and the fuel supply pipe line’s flow area is advantageous in reduction the cyclic variation of EUP. 
