    摘要:

    研究了基于數(shù)控加工螺旋錐齒輪齒面誤差修正技術(shù)。提出了一種由搖臺型機床調(diào)整參數(shù)向Free-Form機床轉(zhuǎn)換的方法,建立了基于數(shù)控加工齒面誤差模型;在此基礎(chǔ)上,以齒面誤差平方和最小為目標函數(shù),優(yōu)化搖臺型機床調(diào)整參數(shù),再將其轉(zhuǎn)換為數(shù)控加工形式,從而實現(xiàn)數(shù)控齒面修正。最后通過算例表明,經(jīng)過改變加權(quán)系數(shù)和優(yōu)化可以達到齒面誤差較高精度修正要求。

    Abstract:

    Based on NC machining, the tooth surface errors correction of spiral bevel gears was investigated. A new method for the machining settings transformation from cradle-type hypoid generator to Free-Form one was proposed, and the tooth errors mathematical model based on NC machining was established. The minimum of square sum of tooth surface errors was the objective function to optimize the cradle-type hypoid generator machine settings and transform those parameters into NC form so as to realize the NC machining correction of spiral bevel gears. Finally a numerical example was presented. The results showed that it could achieve precise correction after altering relative weight coefficient and optimizing for several times.
