    摘要:

    在AMESim仿真環(huán)境下,根據(jù)液力變矩減速裝置進口調(diào)壓閥工作原理建立了進口調(diào)壓閥仿真模型。以ITAE準(zhǔn)則為優(yōu)化目標(biāo),在Matlab下循環(huán)調(diào)用AMESim仿真模型,采用共享小生境遺傳算法得到了進口調(diào)壓閥設(shè)計參數(shù)的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。最后進行了液力變矩減速裝置進口調(diào)壓試驗,試驗結(jié)果表明:基于AMESim/Matlab聯(lián)合仿真和遺傳算法的優(yōu)化方法可以簡化調(diào)壓閥設(shè)計過程,實現(xiàn)進口調(diào)壓閥性能優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)。

    Abstract:

    Based on the simulation model of pressure-regulating valve of tractor-brake, a hydraulic torque converter was developed. With Niche genetic algorithms, the optimal result of pressure-regulating valve was obtained. In the process of optimization, the simulation model used Matlab and ITAE was calculated as optimal target value. Finally, dynamic performance was tested in a performance experiment. The results indicated that based on simulation model, the performance of pressure-regulating valve was improved with Niche genetic algorithms and the design process was simplified. 
