    摘要:

    介紹了電液比例負(fù)載敏感負(fù)載口獨(dú)立控制系統(tǒng)組成結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,建立了該系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)仿真模型;針對(duì)執(zhí)行元件的不同工況,分別設(shè)計(jì)了基于計(jì)算流量反饋的速度控制器和基于壓力閉環(huán)控制的壓力控制器,實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的壓力流量復(fù)合控制;仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該控制系統(tǒng)有較高的速度控制精度和良好的節(jié)能效果。通過(guò)變參分析,研究負(fù)載口獨(dú)立閥單元頻響和阻尼及死區(qū)對(duì)系統(tǒng)控制性能的影響,為負(fù)載口獨(dú)立閥單元的開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用提供理論指導(dǎo)。

    Abstract:

    The components and work principle of the separate meter in and separate meter out (SMISMO) load sensing electro hydraulic system were introduced. The simulation model of studied system was built, a flow rate and pressure controller was designed to control both velocity of piston in the cylinder and pressure in the cylinder chamber. The flow rate controller was designed based on the calculation flow rate feedback, and the pressure flow compound control was realized based on the pressure close loop pressure controller. Simulation and experiment showed that the novel control system possessed high velocity control precise and good energy saving characteristics, the effects of SMISMO valve element frequency and damping on system control performance were studied by simulation. It provided theory support for design and application of the novel system.
