    摘要:

    為了確定在固體熱載體加熱方式下反應(yīng)溫度和停留時(shí)間對生物質(zhì)熱解揮發(fā)特性的影響，設(shè)計(jì)了陶瓷球熱載體加熱下降管式生物質(zhì)熱解實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置，并進(jìn)行了生物質(zhì)熱解揮發(fā)特性實(shí)驗(yàn)。該實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置能夠?qū)Ψ磻?yīng)溫度進(jìn)行精確控制，實(shí)現(xiàn)生物質(zhì)粉和陶瓷球熱載體按比例連續(xù)均勻喂料及熱解殘?zhí)繕悠返牟杉?。?shí)驗(yàn)物料為玉米秸稈粉，反應(yīng)溫度分別為450、500、550℃。停留時(shí)間通過反應(yīng)物在反應(yīng)管內(nèi)下降距離間接測量，下降距離分別為150、550、850、1150mm。利用灰分示蹤法計(jì)算得到了不同條件下生物質(zhì)的熱解揮發(fā)率。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：玉米秸稈粉的熱解揮發(fā)率隨著熱解溫度的升高、下降距離的加長而非線性增大。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the effects of reaction temperature and reaction distance on the pyrolysis volatilization characteristics of biomass in a down-flow tube reactor, a ceramic ball heated down-flow tube reactor was designed and fabricated, and biomass pyrolysis experiments were conducted in the reactor. The experimental apparatus could control the reaction temperature precisely, feed the biomass and heat carrier evenly and continuously. Pulverized corn stalk powder was used as the feed stock. Reaction temperatures were 450℃，500℃ and 550℃. The falling distances, which was the indirect measure of the residence time, were 150mm，550mm，850mm and 1150mm. Ash tracer method was used to calculate the volatilized fractions of the pyrolyzed biomass at different experimental conditions. The experimental results showed that the volatilized fraction of corn stalk powder increased nonlinearly with the increase of reaction temperature and residence time.
