    摘要:

    在一臺液化天然氣(LNG)發(fā)動機(jī)上進(jìn)行60、70、80、90℃4個不同冷卻液溫度水平的發(fā)動機(jī)全工況性能試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明冷卻液溫度影響LNG發(fā)動機(jī)的性能;冷卻液溫度升高,燃料經(jīng)濟(jì)性增加,但同時NOx排放量也普遍增加;冷卻液溫度對HC和CO排放量有不同程度的影響。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),得到該型LNG發(fā)動機(jī)的最佳冷卻液溫度MAP。

    Abstract:

    Performance of the LNG (liquefied natural gas) engine was tested on overall conditions at four different coolant temperatures, the temperatures were set at 60℃, 70℃, 80℃ and 90℃ in the tests. The testing results showed that coolant temperature influenced on performance of the LNG engine, the higher coolant temperature was, the better fuel economy would be, but NOxemission would be more. The coolant temperature also influenced on HC and CO emissions, but the influence was not obvious. By doing the tests, the optimum coolant temperature MAP of the engine was obtained.
