基于雷諾時均控制方程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)k-ε湍流模型，應(yīng)用SIMPLEC算法，對軸流泵全流場進(jìn)行三維非定常數(shù)值模擬，得到軸流泵在不同工況和不同導(dǎo)葉數(shù)內(nèi)部流場的壓力脈動特性。數(shù)值分析與試驗結(jié)果表明：軸流泵內(nèi)最大壓力脈動發(fā)生在葉輪進(jìn)口處；在偏離設(shè)計工況點較大的流量時，壓力脈動幅值明顯增大；導(dǎo)葉數(shù)減少會增大導(dǎo)葉出口處的壓力脈動；脈動頻率受葉輪轉(zhuǎn)動頻率控制，導(dǎo)葉數(shù)對壓力脈動頻率基本無影響。

Abstract:

The three dimensional unsteady turbulent flow in axial-flow pump whole flow field was simulated based on Reynolds time-averaged Navier-Stoke (RANS) solver embedded with k-ε turbulence model and SIMPLEC arithmetic. The pressure fluctuation under various operation conditions and different guide-vanes were obtained. Numerical and experimental results showed that the maximum amplitude of pressure fluctuation took place at the inlet of impeller. The amplitude of pressure fluctuation became stronger significantly as the flow rate was far from optimum operation point. At the outlet of guide-vanes the fluctuation amplitude increased when the number of guide-vanes reduced. The frequency of pressure fluctuation is dominated by the rotation speed of impeller and the number of guide-vanes has little affect on it.
