    摘要:

    為了探索下降管式熱解液化裝置中生物質(zhì)半焦和陶瓷球兩種顆粒混合下落的運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律,設(shè)計(jì)了下降管冷態(tài)模擬裝置。通過(guò)冷態(tài)模擬,測(cè)試了陶瓷球和生物質(zhì)半焦喂料器的穩(wěn)定性和連續(xù)性,該裝置能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)兩種顆粒的均勻、精確、連續(xù)喂料,能夠滿(mǎn)足實(shí)驗(yàn)所需要的兩種顆粒的不同混合質(zhì)量比的要求;PIV實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試表明,該裝置能夠滿(mǎn)足實(shí)驗(yàn)需要;陶瓷球和生物質(zhì)半焦的混合,消除了PIV用圓管測(cè)試時(shí)由于光的反射和折射問(wèn)題在管道軸線(xiàn)兩側(cè)所形成的許多亮白條紋,提高了數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。

    Abstract:

    The cold state PIV analog equipment was designed to explore the movement law of the biomass chars and ceramic balls mix flows in the down flow reactor. By simulating the cold state, the stability and continuity of the equipment of ceramic ball and biomass char, the equipment implements even, precise and continuous down the mix of two particles were tested; it satisfied the requirements of the two particles different mass proportions in the experiment; by testing, the equipment can satisfy the experiment; many bright and white stripes formed by the light’s reflection and refraction in two sides of the round tube axes in PIV were avoided by using the biomass char, and the veracity of data were greatly enhanced.
