    摘要:

    通過數(shù)值模擬揭示了凸輪型線速度、柱塞直徑、高壓油管長度、高壓油管內(nèi)徑等關(guān)鍵影響因素對(duì)噴射特性中的噴油壓力、循環(huán)噴油量、噴油持續(xù)期和供油系數(shù)的影響規(guī)律。利用AMESim建模,對(duì)比實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了仿真模型的準(zhǔn)確性。應(yīng)用實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的方法,考慮交互作用,進(jìn)行了相關(guān)性分析,得出各種因素和噴射特性參數(shù)之間的相關(guān)系數(shù)。結(jié)果表明各影響因素的單因子及交互作用因子均與噴射特性存在著相關(guān)性,且隨著轉(zhuǎn)速的變化而呈復(fù)雜的變化規(guī)律。

    Abstract:

    The simulation model electronic unit pump (EUP) was established in AMESim environment. The accuracy of the model was validated by comparing with the experiment results. By simulating, the influence of cam profile velocity, plunger diameter, length of high pressure fuel pipe, inner diameter of high pressure fuel pipe on injection pressure, cycle fuel injection quantity, fuel injection duration and coefficient of fuel feeding was revealed. By using the design of experiments (DOE) method, and taking the interaction into consideration, correlation between various factors and injection characteristic was analyzed. The correlation coefficient was obtained by analysis, the results show that not only the single factor but also the interaction factor of various influence parameters has correlation with the injection characteristic, and the correlation coefficient represents complex law with the speed variation.
