    摘要:

    為了研究影響選擇性催化還原(SCR)催化器氮氧化物轉(zhuǎn)化效率的主要因素,運(yùn)用計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)和化學(xué)反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的方法,對(duì)催化器載體表面的選擇性催化還原過(guò)程進(jìn)行了數(shù)值仿真和試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,溫度是影響SCR催化器氮氧化物轉(zhuǎn)化效率最主要的因素,SCR催化器的最佳反應(yīng)溫度在350~450℃之間,空速對(duì)SCR低溫轉(zhuǎn)化效率有一定影響,增加NO2的濃度可提高催化器的轉(zhuǎn)化效率,但NO2與NOx的體積比需控制在50%內(nèi)。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the influence factors of DeNOx behavior in SCR(selective catalytic reduction) catalysts, with the aid of CFD (computational fluid dynamic) coupled with chemical reaction dynamics, a full-processing simulation and validation tests were conducted on the catalytic substrate. The results show that the temperature is the major factor to influence the conversion efficiency. The optimal temperature for SCR reaction is from 350 to 450℃. Space velocity has a certain influence on conversion efficiency of SCR at low temperature. Increasing NO2 concentration can improve the conversion efficiency, but the volume concentration of NO2/NOx need to be controlled within 50%.
