    摘要:

    為了揭示大型高比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)斜流泵內(nèi)部流動規(guī)律,采用商業(yè)軟件FLUENT,對高比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)斜流泵進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬。通過計算得到的揚(yáng)程和效率性能曲線與實驗結(jié)果基本一致,有效地證明了該數(shù)值計算的準(zhǔn)確性。同時,還分析了3個工況0.8Qopt、1.0Qopt和1.2Qopt穩(wěn)態(tài)流動下葉輪進(jìn)出口的軸向速度和環(huán)量分布規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明3個工況下斜流泵內(nèi)部流動穩(wěn)定,葉輪葉片背面存在明顯的負(fù)壓區(qū);葉輪進(jìn)口呈非線性環(huán)量流型,出口呈等環(huán)量流型,軸向速度均為拋物線分布。

    Abstract:

    In order to reveal the internal flow laws of large-scale mixed-flow pumps, a high specific speed mixed-flow pump was simulated based on the standard k—εturbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm by using software FLUENT. The axial velocity and circulation distributions of steady flow under working conditions of 0.8Qopt, 1.0Qopt, and 1.2Qopt at impeller outlet were obtained. The numerical results showed that the flow was stable under all the three working conditions; the axial velocity gradually decreased from hub to tip; the circulation flow pattern of the mixed-flow was nonlinear at impeller inlet, and approximately uniform at impeller outlet. The negative pressure zone which gradually expanded with the flow rate increasing existed obviously at the suction side. The study provided a certain reference for the hydraulic design of mixed-flow pump.
