    摘要:

    采用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)和顆粒離散元耦合的方法模擬風(fēng)篩式清選裝置中物料在篩面上的運(yùn)動(dòng),并將模擬結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。仿真結(jié)果表明:在一定范圍內(nèi)風(fēng)機(jī)出風(fēng)口風(fēng)速增加,物料后移速度增加,有助于提高振動(dòng)篩的處理能力,但也會(huì)增加籽粒的損失;風(fēng)速增加使籽粒在篩下分布后移,在15分區(qū)后籽粒數(shù)量很少。通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證表明,利用CFD-DEM耦合對(duì)風(fēng)篩式清選裝置進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬是可行的。

    Abstract:

    The material motion on the screen surface of air-and-screen cleaning device was simulated by using CFD-DEM coupled method, and experimental results and simulation results were compared. Simulation results showed that with the increasing wind speed, vibrating screen processing power would improve in a certain range, while grain losses would increase. With the increasing wind speed, the grain passed through the screen surface and decreased after section 15.It showed that numerical simulation of material motion on vibrating screen of air-and-screen cleaning device based on CFD-DEM was feasible.
