    為了研究整稈式甘蔗聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)剝?nèi)~過(guò)程甘蔗葉鞘在彈性剝?nèi)~元件作用下的破壞機(jī)理,研制了甘蔗剝?nèi)~試驗(yàn)臺(tái),利用高速攝像機(jī)拍攝了蔗葉的破壞過(guò)程,并對(duì)圖像進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明,甘蔗葉鞘在彈性剝?nèi)~元件作用下的主要破壞形式有葉鞘脫落、葉鞘撕裂和葉鞘與莖稈分離。通過(guò)建立彈性剝?nèi)~元件作用于葉鞘的簡(jiǎn)化力學(xué)模型,結(jié)合葉鞘的力學(xué)特性分析了蔗葉在彈性剝?nèi)~元件作用下的破壞機(jī)理。彈性剝?nèi)~元件對(duì)葉鞘施加的力是破壞葉鞘的主要作用力。葉鞘不同的破壞形式與葉鞘的生長(zhǎng)性狀和力學(xué)特性有關(guān),含水率低于20%干葉鞘的主要破壞形式為葉鞘脫落,含水率為20%~50%的濕葉鞘的主要破壞形式為葉鞘撕裂,含水率大于50%的青葉鞘的主要破壞形式為葉鞘與莖稈分離。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the damage mechanism of sugarcane leaf sheath under the action of elastic leaf-stripping elements in the leaf-stripping process of whole stalk sugarcane harvester, the sugarcane leaf-stripping machine was designed, and the damage process of the leaf sheath was photographed by high-speed photography. By analyzing the pictures, the result showed that three damage forms, the abscission of leaf sheath from stalk, leaf sheath torn and the separation leaf sheath from stalk were found. The damage mechanism under the action of elastic leaf-stripping elements was analyzed based on the construction of simplified mechanical model and mechanical properties of sugarcane leaf sheath. The elastic force applied on the leaf sheath by elastic leaf-stripping elements was the main force to make the leaf sheath damage. The different damage forms had relations with growth character and mechanical property of leaf sheath. When the moisture content of leaf sheath was less than 20%, the abscission of leaf sheath from stalk was the main damage form. And the moisture content ranged from 20% to 50%, leaf sheath torn happened. Also the moisture content was greater than 50%, the separation leaf sheath from stalk appeared.
