    摘要:

    闡述了Hy-Vo齒形鏈的多元變異特性，構建了Hy-Vo齒形鏈-鏈輪-刀具齒條的嚙合設計體系，提出了Hy-Vo齒形鏈與鏈輪正確嚙合就位的必要條件，指出了在拉直狀態(tài)下Hy-Vo齒形鏈節(jié)距和當量邊心距的一致性是多元變異設計的重要基礎條件，分析了纏繞圓和接觸圓在嚙合設計時的相互關系。實踐研究表明，Hy-Vo齒形鏈的多元變異設計方法是實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新升級和知識產(chǎn)權保護的重要手段，是科學而切實可行的。

    Abstract:

    The multi-variation characteristic of Hy-Vo silent chain was presented. The meshing design system with silent chain, sprocket and sprocket hob was built. The right meshing necessary condition of Hy-Vo silent chain and sprocket wheel was presented. It was indicated that the consistency of the chain pitch and the virtual side-center distance was the important base condition of the multi-variation when the Hy-Vo silent chain was tense. The interrelation of the enlaced circularity and tangency circularity were analyzed in the meshing design process. The practice showed that the multi-variation design method of the Hy-Vo silent chain was an important way to realize product innovation upgrade and intellectual property rights protection. This is the scientific and practical method. 
